Senior Unix Engineer is currently required for a 12 months contract to join a technical team to be responsible for high availability and stability of multiple Unix systems and services hosted on hybrid infrastructure. This includes monitoring, performance tuning, patching, backup, automation, security and disaster recovery.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Unix Engineer who has solid experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, RHEL Satellite, Red Hat Gluster, and Puppet Enterprise. You will also have experience with VMWare, HP Blades, Cisco UCS and Commvault backup and recovery. Excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills are a must.
