About the role
This is a permanent full-time role based in North Melbourne where you will work with a dedicated and committed team to provide the highest level of customer service.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing, troubleshooting and resolving level 2 & 3 customer incidents
- Proactively planning & performing maintenance on customer systems
- Monitoring, reporting and advising on customer systems
- Managing 3rd party contractors in incident resolution
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer centric and problem-solving skills
- Any prior experience in a similar IT technical support
- Experience with Lync/Skype for Business, video conferencing or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
