The position comes with a diverse range of responsibilities and challenges, such as:

• Complete assigned PMO operations tasks & portfolio management support on time
• Ensure Project Status Reports are submitted on time & meet the required quality standards
• Maintain portfolio benefits realisation plans, portfolio schedules, support key assurance services & develop portfolio roadmaps
• Provide support to practice leads & Governance & Reporting Manager, preparation of templates and maintenance of delivery frameworks
• Provide practice lead & project support for “Setup for Success” assessments
• Complies resource demand reporting, analysis, risk identification, treatment plans, scheduled milestones & dependency variation reporting

To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate you have the following:

• Prior experience working as a Portfolio Analyst
• Experience in Government/Finance sector 
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Economics or Information Technology
• Previous experience supporting a large program/portfolio environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
