To be successful in the role, you will have
- Demonstrated experience in providing first and second level support for user technologies, personal productivity tools and business systems, and wireless and wired network services.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills, and ability to work and share knowledge and expertise in a team environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated client service ethos.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office/Exchange/ and user computing hardware (PC, smartphone, tablet).
- Knowledge of ITIL, Cisco networking, SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server/directory services (Active Directory), would be advantageous.
