Senior Business Analyst to join software development team for an Agile Greenfield web application with the possibility of incorporating mobile application development and cloud platform capability. The role is based in Parramatta and requires travel to Wollongong on a weekly basis. Alternatively, the applicant could be based in Wollongong and travel to Parramatta on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work within an Agile framework to write individual user stories
- Document and modelling current and future state business processes
- Exploratory testing of the app
- Demonstration of user stories
- Stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, requirements gathering
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst (preferably in Agile environments)
- Must have experience writing User Stories and their acceptance tests, demonstrating software changes, and facilitating workshops
- Demonstrated experience in documenting and modelling business processes (current and future state)
- Knowledge of Agile principles and development practices
- Knowledge of Lean software development principles and practices
