Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, we are seeking an experienced eCommerce Analyst to work within our IT team. The primary function of this role is to support, maintain and ensure the efficient operation of all Office Choice Ltd Web, E-Commerce and online systems.

This position is vital in driving the effective use of eCommerce and associated tools within our network of stores, providing our dealers with support as required, and managing relationships with third party vendors to co-ordinate and expedite support & product enhancements.

Key responsibilities will include

• Setup, train & support stores into Office Choice eCommerce environments.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of all eCommerce systems
• Ensure all online platforms are maintained including managing changes to product images, web banners and other content.
• Provide and manage related data extracts (Products, Pricing etc.).
• Provide support for internal and external enquiries.
• Reporting on web usage, promotions & other metrics.
• Development of training documentation and how-to instructions.

• Working with Excel & CSV files, including basic data manipulation and Excel formula capabilities.
• Clear & effective communication (written & oral).
• Confident phone manner and ability to conduct training/instruction online or over the phone.
• Basic skills in HTML, CSS, SQL & FTP.
