Implementation Specialist - Enterprise Document Management Software EDM, Optical Character Recognition OCR Capture & Eforms

They are a business that develops customized software solutions to multiple industries with a niche focus on Document Management and Enterprise Content management solutions (ECM) to SMB and Mid-market clients.

They were founded over 30 years ago and focused mainly on print products. They grew to a $100million turn over a business and were brought in acquired b a global leader. 

The Role 
You will be working in with a team of implementation specialists on multiple projects using different technologies, ranging from scripting, coding to databases and general IT knowledge.

The average implementation project takes about 20 days and you will have the opportunity to scope out the project, build the solution and deliver it to the client. 
 
Skills and Knowledge Prefered 
  • This role will suit someone who comes from a technical background can code 
  • Is comfortable with customers and can scope solutions and also run training
  • Has the ability to manage projects. 
  • Experience with Document Management Software, OCR Capture & Eforms will be highly advantageous.
  • Scripting Experience
  • Database Query (Basic)
  • XML
  • Regular Expressions
Knowledge of the following products is desirable:
  • Abbyy Flexicapture OR OCR Optical Character Recognition products - Such as onbase, PsiCapture, SimpleIndex, Kleptomania, Textract SDK, Readiris,Boxoft, Ecopy, Autostore
  • M-Files OR  ECM - Enterprise content management -Such as -  Filebound, DocuShare, Nuxeo, Laserfiche, Confluence, Seismic,SpringCM, DocuWare, Lexmark, Oracle WebCenter, Vault, IBM FileNet, Ametras,FileBound, OpenText ,Alfresco 
  • C#, and JavaScript\
