We are currently on behalf of company based in Adelaide that is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their team in a role that will involve design, development and integration of various products, and advanced development activities.
Skills and requirements;
- Write well documented, high performance, reliable, maintainable code in C and C++.
- Developed working knowledge of Java programming language.
- Understanding of web and/or interface languages such as Javascript and HTML5.
- Proficient in Linux and Windows environments
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python / Perl / Bash.
- Experience in UML Modelling
- Produce unit test code for any modules developed.
- Conduct software test and work with Quality Assurance to ensure a high product quality.
- Prepare, update and maintain technical documentation.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to team tasks.
- Comply with mandated corporate procedures.
- Innovate processes to drive compliance, accountability, and security.
Due to the nature of the companies work candidates must have an Engineering background and/or degree (ideally within ICT), and a minimum of an NV1 security clearance.
