Leading government client based in the CBD is looking for an ICT  Change Manager. 6 Months contract + Extension. APPLY NOW!!!
 
To be successful for the role, you will have experience with the below mentioned:

•  Minimum 3 years' experience in a change management role, with a focus on process/technology-driven people change
• Experience delivering change management programs impacting 2000+ employees
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in the application of the Prosci or other Change Management Methodology
• Understanding of basic Agile project methodology principles
• Experience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and process change effort
• Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels
• Experience managing change management resources
• Demonstrated experience in working within an Agile project methodology environment
• Understanding of, or experience in, End User Experience design principles and/or Design Thinking
• Tertiary qualifications in change management
• Experience managing third party suppliers to achieve organisational outcomes
• Experience in culture change programs would be highly regarded
