Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Be able to drive, assist with basic deployments and de-installs
- Testing / Imaging of Desktops. Use remote data wiping software to wipe all the data and configure the computer.
- Receiving, storing and shipping / dispatching goods
- A primary duty of a warehouse technician is to complete or assist in the receipt, processing and unpacking of inventory. Receipt of goods includes signing for packages and recording inventory as received in our computer systems
- Affix supplied barcode label to an asset
- Report the label and serial number information in excel format
- Record and link asset label number to serial number
- Remove packaging material to onsite area
- Be a brand ambassador when you are at onsite
To succeed in this role, you will need
- Must have prior experience of deployment
- Excellent technical skills with regards to PC hardware and related equipment.
- Forklift licence will be advantageous.
- Has initiative and wants to learn all areas
- Communicates effectively; relationship building skills and a strong desire to build interpersonal links
- Professionalism in attitude, actions and appearance
- Ability to multi task and prioritise however ensuring care and accuracy in getting the job done right
- Initiative and ability to plan and organise yourself
- An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
