As an organisation who is a trusted business partner to some of the most prominent companies in Australia, this position affords you the opportunity to leverage your extensive Agile experience to coach and educate major financial services businesses in Agile methodology.
As an Agile leader within this business, you will work with leading firms in the banking sector, to imbed Agile methodologies in their operations.
Daily, you will be required to:
Educate stakeholders on Agile principles that lead to the adoption of organisation wide Agile methodologies
Design and implement strategy for the adoption of Agile across an organisation
Proactively guide teams through the Agile journey, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement
If you are an Agile expert with a strong track record of working within the banking sector in Australia this is a unique role that empowers you to foster, educate and implement strategic Agile methodologies across leading financial services firms.
To succeed in this role you must exhibit the following skills and attributes:
Prior experience as a Scrum Master within the banking sector in Australia
Proficient in relevant programming languages to guide team of developers
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
Relevant Scrum Coach/Master certifications
