What You’ll do
- Support internal customers as they use many systems
- Perform configuration & administration changes
- Become the central point of contact between IT and internal customers
- Liase with vendors and other third parties when necessary
What we need
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Highly resilient and solutions focused
- Passion for improvement and streamlining systems processes
- Experience working with uncertainty and change
- Tertiary qualifications in business information systems and six sigma preferable
