What You’ll do

  • Support internal customers as they use many systems
  • Perform configuration & administration changes
  • Become the central point of contact between IT and internal customers
  • Liase with vendors and other third parties when necessary

What we need

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Highly resilient and solutions focused
  • Passion for improvement and streamlining systems processes
  • Experience working with uncertainty and change
  • Tertiary qualifications in business information systems and six sigma preferable
