Our client is a huge multinational consulting organisation with European headquarters and with a presence in over 35 countries and growing. Having recently established operations in Australia, our client is looking to appoint a Solution Specialist (Microsoft Azure) to their Sydney based team.

This is an opportunity to be the pivotal technical resource in the Australian team and to take leadership of the future direction of the Azure practice as it grows.

Our client has already established their local executive leadership team and appointed 10 business development executives across Australia to drive rapid expansion in all capital cities.

This is the first of what will be many technical and solution specialist hires into the Australian organisation.

To be eligible for the opportunity you will have a background including:

Minimum 8 years of SaaS / PaaS consulting experience
Minimum 5 years of rich Microsoft Azure experience
Highly motivated and results oriented with exceptional business and commercial acumen
Exceptional client management and consulting experience
Ability to support pre-sales and sales initiatives as required
Experience working with global delivery teams / virtual teams
Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills
Highly articulate communicator

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate capability, beyond the above points, which will separate them from the rest of the market. These achievements may include, but are not limited to, keynote speaking engagements, industry or employment awards, published whitepapers, user group involvement, continuing education, philanthropic ventures and more.
