Our client, a global IT consultancy/systems integrator, are seeking a talented Cisco network engineer to jump in on key project work as they foster your career path towards senior engineer, consultant, architect, etc. The sky is the limit with this reputed organization.

Our client is a renowned international IT consultancy, managed services provider, and systems integrator. This is a multi-billion-dollar business with outstanding growth opportunities and bleeding-edge technology exposure with some of the largest clients in the Melbourne IT market.

The Role
Cisco Network Engineer. We are looking for someone who's not quite a junior engineer, but not quite a senior either. You'll be knocking on the door of senior engineering, with this role set to propel you into that principal engineer level. You'll be crucially involved in some of our client's largest Cisco route/switch/UC projects, including healthy exposure to Cisco Prime, SDA, SDN, etc. It's a real change to hone your deep Cisco technical skills while working on some of the highest profile network projects in Melbourne.

What's Required?

• Must have 2-3 years of hands-on Cisco route/switch experience in a projects-based environment
• Must have competency with Cisco UC, including CUCM (moves, adds, changes)
• Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus
• Passion for and understanding of Cisco Prime, Wireless, SDN/SDA will be highly valued
•  Scripting knowledge a nice to have
