PM-Partners are growing their professional services team and are looking for expression of interest from experienced Change Managers to work with one of our clients based in Canberra
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- Experience as a Change Manager, implementing Change Strategies across large, complex transformation programs- Relocation programs would be highly regarded
- Formal training and qualifications
- Change Management methodology to identify and apply effective change management strategies, plans and activities
- Top level, all around knowledge of change activities within a program of work including change strategies, comms plans, user documentation and training materials, stakeholder engagement models and analysis
- Be highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to deliver above client expectations
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan, and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
