Green Light Worldwide requires an Infrastructure  Sytsems for an infrastructure design and deployment project in Brisbane CBD. We need a resource who can turn complex designs into configuration, and commission the solution, test and handover.

Experience working in the mining industry is highly regarded for this role. 

This position is responsible for end to end Level 3 engineering, ensuring technical excellence and improvements to infrastructure across numerous business technology streams. The Senior Windows Engineer will have the opportunity to drive improvements, problem resolutions, upgrades and hardware configurations. 

The Senior Windows Engineer will manage and maintain hardware, virtualization platforms, messaging and Windows server environments and provide proactive and reactive support services to maintain the availability and reliability of Green Lights environments.
 
Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot as required.
• Provide assistance in sustainment and implementation activities.
• Provide level 2/3 infrastructure support.
• Investigate complex technical problems assigned to the services team.
• Participate in the continual improvement cycle by delivering improvements to processes and technologies used by Green Light.

Requirements:

• 7 years' experience in a current similar role. 
• Strong Dell/EMC skills 
• Strong hands on Windows System Administration skills
• Competency as a Wintel Administrator - Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, Hyper V, Vmware and Active Directory.
• Windows 10 support with strong experience in SOE
• Core infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Mail and Hypervisor).
• Strong PowerShell scripting
• Experience with AzureAD and Office 365 will be highly regarded
• Developed ability with VMware virtualisation technology.
• Ability to influence peers, cross-functional partners, and management.
• Solid technical aptitude, mentoring, and customer facing skills.
