A leading consulting company is designing and implementing an ITSM solution for a prestigious client and are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to assist in the implementation of the solution.

Key skills:

• At least 2 years of experience of ITSM project experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands on experience in ITSM Implementation, Administration, Customisation and Configuration;
• Familiar with Servicenow ITSM
• Gather functiuonal and technical specifications for project
• Conduct workshops for key stakeholders
• Plan, implement and manage systems initiatives with IT and customer teams;
• Good communication skills on status reports and any technical issues to management and customers;
• Proven project delivery experience in agreed time frame;
• Worked in a highly distributed environment well regarded
