Our client is a leading national organization and is seeking an innovative and experienced Change/Implementation Specialist to work with a range of business units to support and drive change. 

Role Requirements 

• Manage and perform change readiness assessment
• Establish change implementation methodologies
• Ensure that other stakeholders, such as
  Service Managers and BRMs are kept
  updated with relevant information on
  business impacting changes
• Ensure ongoing development of
  personal skills/knowledge to
  enhance continuous improvement

Desired Skill set:

• IT Industry experience 
• Risk and Security Management
• IT Change Management: 2+ years
• Implementation Management experience: 2+ years
• Strong stakeholder communications skills 
• People leadership skills
