This role will be part of a team delivering a number of IT Infrastructure projects primarily focused on Microsoft infrastructure products. Specifically the developing a Managed Operating Environment (MOE) for a Windows 10 SOE deployment. Along with a broad understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, the role would be well suited to someone with attention to detail, project exposure, with proven experience in the creation of an image and deploying Microsoft Win10.
- Specialist in Desktop OS/application Image Building
- Extensive Windows 10 SOE skills
- Engaging in desktop Application discovery
- Working experience in MDT (Microsoft deployment kit)
- Active Directory GPO's
- Application assessments and remediation
- Application and Authentication awareness
- Experience with SCCM, Active Directory/Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Workstation configuration and support
- Previous testing experience
- Prior experience with SOE upgrade and migration projects.
Some of the responsibilities for this role will be:
- Build new Image for the corporate desktop
- Discovery of desktop assets using SCCM or SNOW
- Remote management and desktop support
- Build and support a desktop test lab
- Application analysis and SOE image testing
