Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
The Content Designer will review and improve existing online support documentation and will be responsible for authoring the text that will appear on the new website. The successful contractor will need to have excellent writing ability, specifically targeted at writing for display on the internet.
To be a great fit for the role we anticipate you will have:
- Convert existing user reference material for external users and turn it into on-screen support for a new data collection website,
- Design step by step task cards and reference material for external users on how to use a new data collection website,
- Liaise with a range of different internal business areas and external user groups,
- Identify both internal and external user needs and demonstrate how content decisions support these needs,
- Deliver content that meets accessibility standards and
- Deliver content that will work on all device formats (responsive design).
