We are currently seeking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to be part of leading MSP.
The key capabilities that this function will help support the delivery of establishing the Process Governance Framework primarily using ARIS Modeller or anything similar, and to provide support to the Business Subject Matter Experts for process modelling.
Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the process leads and subject matter expects to identify analyse core business processes
- Develop clear and detailed ‘to be’ business processes using ARIS Modelling Tool or other BPM tools
- Work closely with Functional Consultants to develop Detailed Business Process Design Specifications that includes identification of Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Review Process Models to ensure agreed conventions and methodology are applied
- Work closely with the Knowledge and Technical Writing Lead to establish training framework
- Work closely with the Technical Project Manager to establish an in-house instance of frameworks
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business process architecture and modelling
- Completed a degree in Information Technology or Business Analysis
Modelling Techniques, Level Concept and Model Architecture, Library Models and Organisational Chart.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills
- Self-starter
- Knowledge in Continuous Process Improvements
