As a Technical Lead you inspire teams to create custom software that delivers real business value and share your knowledge to the team.
You understand and achieve balance between technical architecture, innovation and what’s right for the client by understanding the business vision and making appropriate technology choices. While a portion of your time will be devoted to hands-on coding, you often find yourself pairing with developers to support and mentor effective delivery teams.
In this role you will:
Design and build software
Build custom software using C#.Net
Design innovative, evolutionary architectures
Support and lead people
Build and mentor delivery teams
Write code alongside your development team and manage remote team members
Facilitate problem solving and collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI teams and QAs
Grow the next generation of technical leaders
Inspire work quality
Set a technical vision and ensure clients are well looked after
Advocate agile practices and Continuous Delivery
Build relationships with clients
Your experience:
You have hands-on architecture, design, development, and delivery experience with C# (Asp.Net MVC, Core, WebAPI) . You have lead development on custom applications.
You know what it takes to build great software--knowing how and when to apply techniques and ideas.
Key attributes:
Technical: understand the Azure environment for a modern software stack including security, cloud architectures, containers, networks and platforms.
Communication: ability to share the technical vision
Quality: demonstrate and mentor good coding practice such as Refactoring, Test-driven Development, Domain Driven Design.
