As the Solution Analyst you will be driving and delivering innovative tools and projects, Pre-Sales as well as supervising partners and integrators being utilised. 

You will be focused on professional services engagement, some solutions design and benefiting from a background running projects for the legal firm or to support lawyers.

You'll be capable of engaging highly experienced lawyers and client-side counterparts, working on numerous concurrent projects able to identify roadblocks, working from establishment to execution. 

You'll also be supporting project delivery teams achieve outcomes, as well as negotiate on contract management for RFI/RFT documentation. The role will ultimately own project services and professional services, creating process for a number of pre-existing and future projects requiring synergy, Pre-Sales and post-sales implementation support.

Role Requirements:

• Solid Tech Engagement/ Service Delivery background
• Project Management (Prince2/PMP)
• ITIL delivery/shaping capabilities
• Experience in engaging client stakeholders
• Project teams accountabilities
• Experience with Law firm innovation products and tools
• Multiple Vendor Management
• Understanding of Legal software product
• Project Scheduling/Leadership
• Delivery & implementation responsibility
