Our client, a prestigious health based Federal Government Department are seeking a Team Leader Business Analyst to lead the Departments business application level 2 service desk team to resolve and triage issues raised by internal and external users.
The primary duties of the Team Leader / Level 2 service desk Manager will include:
- Investigate, triage, and where appropriate resolve level 2 incidents and requests via an incident management systems (ITIL ticketing system).
- Perform validation on complex business problems by differentiating between system issues (IT) or business rule (operational) issues.
- Perform occasional data analysis and reporting in excel, including identifying trends and root causes in data.
To be considered for this Team Leader / Level 2 service desk Manager contract you must possess:
- Experience in management and proven leadership of small technical teams.
- The ability to be developing junior staff in generating practical solutions to problems based on an understanding of the broader context of issues.
- Demonstrate strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Have an eagerness and ability to absorb large volumes of information, and continue to stay up to date with constant system releases and changes.
- Experience with SAP CRM system & SAP payments system (SAP PSCD), Incident (ticket) Management system (HP Service Manager), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular).
