We’re currently seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer to work on one of our dedicated accounts. This Melbourne based position has a Papua New Guinea FIFO element, the ability to travel is essential.
In this role, you’ll provide support of desktop, infrastructure and services. You’ll also create and maintain knowledge and technical documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
As the experienced Desktop Engineer, you bring proven experience with the following:
- Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM and SCOM
- Routers, switches, servers and virtualisation technologies
- VPN, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-Converged Infrastructures
