An exciting opportunity has arisen within Green Light Australia for a talented & driven Project Coordinator.


As a contact for delivering within this high-profile engagement, project review sessions with the business and partners it is imperative that you demonstrate highly developed communication and relationship building skills.


You will demonstrate a strong track record of success in delivering outstanding results and meeting critical timeframes. You will possess strong experience working as a Project Coordinator.


Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the project in the following areas:
• Support with the project acquisition phases and individual procurement processes and activities
• General administration
• Secretariat support including coordination of meetings, preparation and distribution of minutes, managing action items from meetings
• Risk and issue registration, management and status reporting
• Financial management.
• Support to the Project Management team
• Liaise with vendors and key stakeholders
• Produce project plans and status reports

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordination role.
• Proven experience of producing clear, accurate and timely reports, documentation and correspondence.
• Experience in a Government environment is desirable.
• Baseline clearance.
