Your mission.
Bring your IT skills (practical OR qualifications - both is even better!) into our clients team to provide help desk second level support services to our clients. You will have 2-3 years practical IT experience; OR be Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Citrix Administration (CCP) or Cisco Networking (CCNA) qualified.
 
Your exceptional service skills are complemented by your technical skills in monitoring and managing incidents, issues and problems within agreed Service Levels. You thrive in an environment where uncertainty and problem solving is essential. This is an opportunity to build strong and trusted relationships through phone and the occasional onsite / field experience.
