A large end user in the higher education space is actively recruiting an accomplished Change Manager to contribute to a large web content program piece.
  
Based in the CBD, the successful candidate will be engaged across multiple projects streams to ensure the successful delivery of a large digital piece. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential coupled with experience working in a large complex environment.
  
To be considered for this position essential requirements include:  

• Experience working across multiple, and simultaneous project streams.
• Proven experience in building a Change Management Strategy
• Ability to assess business readiness for change and creating action plan to ensure stakeholder engagement
• Experience in developing a Communication Strategy
• Leading and facilitating productive discussions/workshops with staff and stakeholders
• Ensuring Stakeholders are supported in achieving the objectives and are adopting the change
• Delivering recommendations for training / education needs
• Assisting in the development of educational/ training materials to support user adoption
• Managing business challenges, objectives and interdependent activity
• Previous experience in Change Management and Communications within a complex organisational environment/ programs.
• Sound understanding of Change Management and Communication methodologies and tools.
• Experience implementing Digital programs of work
