This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a start up health based organisation near the CBD. This company is looking to bring their IT department in house and this person will become the initial sole IT person assisting across all business IT needs.
The primary need for this role will be to clean up the current database which is a bespoke database developed in Ruby on Rails therefore experience in this language is a must. There will be a new platform implemented in 12 months (which is yet to be known).
Other duties of this role will include project work, upgrades, general support to the office and assistance for any upcoming projects or implementations.
This role is ideal for someone who works well in a start up like environment and can be flexible in their daily structure to help business needs when they arise. Strong communication skills, a can-do attitude and good time management are also required.
