This growing retailer are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst who is customer focused, process driven and results oriented. If you up for a challenge in a fast paced retail environment then this role is for you.

This role will require you to:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with stakeholders
• Set up and lead the requirements process throughout the project including requirements workshops, writing recommendations and collecting documentation.
• Analyse data to deliver insights at both a strategic and operational level
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise teams
• Draft and submit project budget proposals and manage project costs and resources
• Review, investigate, analyse and recommend business improvement initiatives
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and create recommendation reports

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing small teams across multiple locations
• 5+ years’ work experience in a business analyst/project manager
• Certifications in recognised Project Management Methodology (e.g. PMP - PMBoK, Prince2).
• University degree qualification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
