Scrum Master & Agile Business Analyst - Immediately required is an exceptional Scrum Master to join one of Australia's most innovative financial services businesses.

Scrum Master & Agile Business Analyst - We are looking for an Agile champion. Someone that has worked with product owners, developers and designers top build world class online products. Ideally you have held the role of SCRUM Master or Iteration Manager.

Scrum Master & Agile Business Analyst - You will be responsible for the delivery of analysis across a portfolio of software and web projects. This will include; Writing and communicating user stories, leading and facilitating workshops, facilitation/co-facilitation of Agile rituals, story elaboration/walk-throughs and workshops work with senior stakeholders to drive requirements as user stories, assisting Product Owners with managing and prioritisation of Product Backlog, champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.

Scrum Master & Agile Business Analyst - You will have the following experience:

• Agile
• SCRUM
• CI / CD
• BDD / TDD
• Business Analysis
• Financial Services 
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis
• Delivery of Online Projects & Products
• Mapping and re-Engineering Business Processes
• 3 Years direct experience holding a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager position
