About the role:
We are looking for producers with content, digital and customer service skills to help the Government department s setup their new sites. The website upgrading is built on Adobe Experience Manager.
  
Day to day responsibilities:
-          Engage with stakeholder regarding the migration and training process
-          Review sites for quality assurance
-          refining and finessing pages, links and images
-          ensuring the webpages looks as intended and satisfies the requirements of the DoE.
-          Help build, develop and encourage new production processes for the producer team to deliver efficiencies.

Required Experience/Skills
-          Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal to ensure you provide excellent Customer Service experience.
-          Previous experience working on an IT Helpdesk and Problem-solving skills
-          Content Management System (CMS) experience - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Squiz Matrix.
-          Being responsible for completion of job tickets from start to finish.
-          Record and track all customer support issues through our ticketing system
-          Create support documentation and maintain knowledge base systems
-          An understanding of the digital space and how to most effectively utilise its potential.
-          Relevant education or 1-3 years’ experience in a role such as Digital products support in supporting CMSmanagement, Marketing, Applications Administrator, and IT Support.
-          Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologie
