Paxus is looking for a .Net Developer to join a large scale development project. This role will see you working with modern frameworks and development methodologies to build and modernise the full development stack.

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop new product features using an agile delivery approach based on their business value and priority
• Participate in all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, review and retrospectives
• Share progress and impediments in daily stand up meetings
• Ensure that user stories have enough information to be estimated, tested and delivered
• Help remove technical impediments to the delivery of product features
• Develop automated tests such as unit test and behaviour driven development testing
• Work with UI/UX to implement visual design across multiple sites
• WCAG testing to verify accessibility standards are met
• Peer review code

 Experience:

• Experience in and knowledge of agile development principles
• .NET Core & ASP.NET MVC
• Javascript (jQuery plus Vue.js/Angular.js/React or similar)
• CSS, C#, Entity Framework, Git and TFS
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Writing unit, integration and UI tests
• BDD
• Responsive design

Desired Experience:

• Front-end design systems and implementation
• Bootstrap
• Kentico CMS
• API and webservice development
• Accessibility (WCAG)
• Octopus Deploy

Location: Sydney

Start: 1 to 4 Weeks

Duration: 5+ months with possible extensions
