One of our premium clients based in Darwin is looking for a highly experienced and committed St Test & Quality Assurance Manager. This key role is to coordinate test activities across a range of projects, production system releases and business as usual (BAU) testing requirements. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.
Essential criteria for the Senior Test & Quality Assurance Manager role include:
- Strong background in Test Management with a minimum of 15+ years’ experience
- Proven experience working with formal test methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Test tool knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading a test team in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Desirable Skills
The following skills will be well regarded:
- Health industry experience.
- Solid IT background, including an understanding of technical IT concepts - IT Infrastructure, system integration, databases etc.
- Change, Release and other related ITIL process knowledge and experience

- Strong facilitation skills - demonstrated process skills to guide and direct groups of people such as planning and scoping sessions.
- Written and verbal communication - demonstrated ability to confidently convey ideas and information in a clear way.
- Displays personal drive and integrity - excellent problem solver and critical thinker who is able to synthesize information in order to make and successfully implement effective decisions.
- Self-discipline and resilience - maintains a consistent and sensible pattern of behavior under pressure; proactive and persistent approach to achieving goals; copes effectively with setbacks, accepts constructive criticism in an objective manner without becoming defensive.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills - including negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution with the proven ability to influence others to achieve goals and objectives.
