About our client:
We are representing a leading entity within the Education Sector with a focus on providing world-class education to future generations. The overall project is a part of a $300million+ long-term investment into the skills, knowledge and capabilities of students in NSW, which will be looking into what works best in classrooms; regarding teaching approach, how students access data, and tailored teaching.
About the role
You will be someone who is adept at both thinking strategically about difficult business problems and responsible for supporting the delivery of change management activities and assist in the development/implementation of change strategies.
About the ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, but in short you will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Change/Business Analyst or equivalent role
- Conduct stakeholder analysis & the change impact assessment including ‘as is’ & ‘to be’ business process/impacts and change readiness assessments
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in working with change management and business analysis tools and methodologies
- Assist and support with the execution of change, communication and engagement activities
