Aristocrat is a global leader in the gaming entertainment industry and we are currently seeking an accomplished Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator to become an integral part of our technical delivery team. As a Salesforce.com Business Analyst/Administrator, you will be responsible for defining and documenting business processes/problems, and configuring the salesforce.com platform to meet business specified requirements. Our Salesforce platform is gaining traction across the global organisation. In addition to custom applications built in salesforce, we have active projects in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Contract Management and a variety of ISV partners meaning there will be a variety of rewarding opportunities to apply your skills.
What you'll do
- 3-5 years working in a Business Analyst role where you;
- Participated in the analysis and review of business problem definition
- Worked with business partners to understand process as-is and future states
- Documented requirements for hand-off to development teams
- Applied best practices and experience to Salesforce administration
- Completed admin tasks in salesforce including; user provisioning, pick-list values, mock-up page layouts
- Supported business process questions from end users of the salesforce platform
- Developed work estimates for projects, enhancements and support
- Perform support and configuration activities (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, process builder, validation rules, page layouts, standard and custom objects)
- Document application processes and guides
- Business problem identification, root cause/gap analysis, strategic alignment, and value prop
- Business process engineering - once the problem is identified, this role will be responsible for documenting as-is and to-be processes
- Baseline metric analysis and adoption performance analysis and metrics
- Advocating for the business end users throughout feature identification and development
- Documenting persona’s, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
- 20-30% of the workload will be working on POC and mockups in the salesforce platform, and basic L1 support
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, technical area or the equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
- Professional experience in medium to large corporate environment preferred
- ExcellentSalesforce experience in administration and configuration of multiple cloud products Preferred
- Salesforce certification(s)
- Ability to exercise good judgment, decision making and creativity
- Ability to readily grasp complex architectural environments
- Ability to work from general direction in the development of detailed solutions. Must enjoy assisting others in supporting project needs
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving, effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience in all phases of software development life cycle methodologies and processes. Demonstrated work performance in a high-performance team work environment
- Ability to follow and adhere to Aristocrat standards and methodologies
- Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Implementations Performing business analysis for IT projects and/ or Agile experience
- Background with salesforce reporting tools
