With an already very established customer base in ANZ spanning from hospitality and travel to retail giants, this is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing company who is always at the forefront of the ever-growing industry offering cutting-edge marketing cloud technologies.

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who has a track record of enterprise demonstrations and presentations of tailored solutions to match clients' and potential customers' business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be an experienced pre-sales expert who has the ability to identify customer needs, formulate and deliver product demonstrations and be the technical, business and SME for opportunities in the sales pipeline. This position would suit those who have experience and passion in marketing.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with clients to identify business pains, and analyse and clarify business needs
  • Participate in both business and technical requirements analysis
  • Architect a tailored demonstration to meet these identified needs
  • Develop and deliver demonstrations and presentations to promote company solutions
  • Provide technical and functional direction and input during the sales cycle
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs
  Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 2 years pre-sales experience
  • A strong understanding/knowledge of the online marketing space
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Competent discovery, interview and workshop facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
  • Knowledge of middleware and systems integration
  • HTML, PHP, MYSQL is an advantage
  • Must be flexible to travel across ANZ
