They are seeking to appoint a talented Data Scientist with a passion for statistical modelling to join them as they continue to enhance their technology and keep apace of their competitors while delivering extraordinary client experience.

 

The Role

 

As the data and analytics team grows, the appointment of this Data Scientist is a key hire for the organisation. You will be expected to focus on making sense of data through statistical analysis, as well as develop predictive models and algorithms to power data products. In a decentralised model, you will report through to different functions and business units therefore gaining greater experience and exposure to dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This will also ensure you will have the context needed to work effectively with your business partners and the opportunity to develop meaningful personal relationships to get buy-in for ideas and initiatives.

 

Your Profile

 

As the successful Data Scientist you will possess an analytical degree and ideally have real world maths/statistics experience. Also preferable is proven model development skill including probability modelling and evaluation. In return you will gain international exposure, have the opportunity to travel and work in an environment with strong executive buy-in where the work you undertake will have a tangible impact on the growth of the business and on your customers.
