ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for an experienced CyberArk SME to be contracted to an industry leading retail chain.
This is a Sydney based role and is for an immediate start.
The role will include:

• Day to Day operational support for CyberArk security and incident management.
• Installation, Upgrades and Patching of the CyberArk appliances/components Centralized policy Management and redistribution to CyberArk appliances/components.
• Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using Cyber Ark components.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in resolution of issues related to CyberArk Licenses/ Certificate Management, CyberArk Vault corruption
• Experience with SIEM tools knowledge of the security tools (troubleshooting, alert triage, policy parameter understanding and its purpose etc.) for existing tools and preferably in future planned tools (to understand and relate with the logs or alerts received for effective monitoring and triage)
• Capability to perform log analysis to perform the triage of suspicious alerts as well as supporting the incident analysis and response
• Understanding and working experience of performing the vulnerability scanning, prioritisation and trend analysis. Knowledge of network security and systems security concepts monitor and analyse the new threat
• Ability to proactively coordinate with multiple towers leads /administrators (Server, network, endpoints etc.) as well as vendors to ensure the effective and timely analysis, response to the observed security incidents/alerts.
