One of a kind opportunity for experienced IT Customer Support Professional to join our high performing team.
Reporting to the IS Experience Centre Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the provision of customer service and experience within our newly created Information Services (IS) Experience Centre. You will provide a specialist response and take ownership of technical and functional support, as well as continued service improvement.
Our IS team’s aims to provide the best customer experience to both our internal and external customers, responding to incidents and requests with seamless delivery each and every time.
Positions will be based in either our Sydney Support Office (Lidcombe) or our North Brisbane Support Office (Strathpine).

Interested?
If you are an experienced IS Experience Centre Specialist or IT Support Professional with:
- Experience in a customer focused ‘Experience Centre’ or Customer facing role
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills
- Familiarity with the retail environment and the associated business-technology issues
- In depth understanding of IS Service & Support Methodologies , and the concepts and practice required to support end users effectively
- The ability to own a problem end to end, including identification, resolution and implementation
- The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Your approach to service will be to go above and beyond for your customer. You will enjoy engaging with people over the phone and face to face, thriving on having a problem to solve and getting the best possible outcome for your stakeholders. You will be an innovator, who loves generating new ideas and seeing them come to fruition.
