Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the CRM Lead will own with the business leadership, the implementation and support of CRM process and technology enablers to deliver tangible business outcomes through:
- Joint accountability with the business and our 3rd party System integrators of the outcomes.
- Designing and developing the Opportunity Management, Client Management, Account Management and Contact Management Processes
- Aligning the technology enablers to support the those process designs
- Partnering with the business to ensure understanding of benefit drivers of these processes and delivery of the benefits post implementation
- Client Profitability improvement and reporting
- Support the GLOBAL REQUIREMENT to have all NBRT reporting out of Salesforce
- Transform how DAN ANZ manages their Opportunities, Clients and Contracts to deliver revenue improvements
- Transform how DAN ANZ manages the delivery of services to our clients to increase client retention
- Owning the partnership with Salesforce
- Partnering with the business to articulate the business case and project cost estimates
- Lead the design and development of the CRM processes and reporting requirements
- Oversee the system partners and internal staff configuring the CRM Technology enablers and how they can work to enable scalable / efficient Sales and client management operations
- Problem solving with the business their CRM process issues and design the solutions
- Local administration of the CRM systems and supporting their integration with other solutions required to delivery the CRM function including
- BMD/Aura
- AX
- Workbook
- Reporting warehouses
- Manage delivery of new functionality into the CRM IS environment ensuring process alignment, testing of changes and end user enablement to leverage the new functions
- Oversee CRM Reporting/Data delivery
- User administration of the Salesforce system
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 5 of those years leading salesforce delivery and support
- Over the course of the 10 years, experience on at least 3 full lifecycle delivery projects of Salesforce
- Experience working within a global company and managing global vs. local priorities a plus
- System Integrator experience managing process and people aspects of the delivery a strong plus
