Our client is a highly respected organisation based in Sydney with multiple projects running throughout IT and the business.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager with experience working across large transformation programs involving digital web content and/or digital learning platforms / LMS’s (Learning Management Systems).

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working across multiple, and simultaneous project streams within large and complex environments
• Experience implementing digital web content and/or LMS (Learning Management Systems) programs of work
• Experienced building Change Management strategies
• Able to assess business readiness for change and creating action plans to ensure stakeholder engagement
• Able to develop the Communication Strategy and implement plans for relevant streams, ensuring alignment and “minimal repeat communication”
• Leading and facilitating productive discussions/workshops with staff and stakeholders (ensuring compliant documentation/outputs as required)
• Ensuring stakeholders are supported in achieving the objectives and are adopting the change
• Deliver recommendations for training / education needs
• Assist in the development of educational/ training materials to support user adoption
• Manage business challenges, objectives and interdependent activity
• Demonstrable experience with Change Management and Communication methodologies and tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Experience in the development and delivery of engagement strategies, communications and change management plans
• Experience in design, delivery and evaluation of training/education /learning solutions
• Experience in a University setting, higher education and / or NSW Government sectors would be advantageous

Terms

6 month initial contract, playing a daily rate in the region of $970 per day inclusive of superannuation (possibly more commensurate with skills and experience).
