What we need from you:

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply. To be considered for this role you MUST have the following qualifications, technical knowledge, skills and experience:

• Excellent personal presentation and customer services skills

• Superior written and verbal skills (must be fluent English) and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise server and network solutions
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange and Office 365
• Experience with virtualisation technologies (Hyper V, VMWare)
• Experience in AWS and Azure 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in ICT
• Ability to prepare and maintain detailed documentation
• Self-motivated with the initiative and ability to work in a fast moving environment
• Willingness to assist others and provide a point of escalation
• The desire to investigate and explore new technologies
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in the IT field
