If so, we are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced professional to join our Commercial Excellence team in the contract position of Veeva Application Manager.
Reporting to the Commercial Excellence, Senior Manager, and working closely with Merck's Key Account Managers, National Sales Managers and Medical Science Liaisons, you will be responsible for:
- Management of Veeva systems in the Healthcare business
- Leading build, test, and deploy activities of key Veeva platform initiatives
- Providing commercial solutions around areas such as Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) and Cloud based projects
- Facilitation of training and ongoing development to customer facing roles
- Producing ongoing & adhoc reports as requested by the Business and supporting the business with any Veeva related information requirements
- Implementing surveys, CLM and multi-channel marketing in Veeva
- Monitoring Veeva Release and incorporating those updates to local Veeva CRM
- Proactively anticipating project risks and issues and communicating or resolving these effectively
To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications and professional experience:
- Extensive experience with Veeva and current accreditation is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with SFDC is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/ IT or relevant experience is preferred
- Specific industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or regulated industries, especially in the areas of Sales Operations, Data Management & Project Management would be viewed favourably
