The Salesforce Business Analyst will be working on multiple work streams in large Salesforce projects

Key Role

• Gathering and documenting business requirements Generate user stories and test cases and participate in change management
• Liaising with stakeholders to elicit business needs and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business representatives to understand their goals, motivation and priorities for the Solutions business
• Perform a range of data and system integration activities to support projects, including: source-to-target data mapping, data translation and transformation, integration impact assessments, diagnosis of data quality issues etc.
• Identify technical solutions in consultation with the IT Architects considering all database, application, business process and system implications.

Must have -  3 certifications between :

Salesforce Admin certification
Service cloud
Admin
App builder
Sales Cloud


About you

• 3/5 years Salesforce experience - 8/10 years in IT
• Have 3 Salesforce certifications
• Demonstrable experience operating as a Senior Technical Business Analyst across the full end to end solution delivery life-cycle
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Salesforce / Consulting experience
•  Good written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills highly desirable
