About the Role

Our goal is to have Quality Delivery of services within IT.   Reporting to the Senior Manager Quality Services within the Service  Operations and Infrastructure space you you will be responsible for articulating complex business ideas, needs, suggestions and problems, whilst converting them into deliverable solutions with Quality outcomes.  You have experience working in a challenging and complex IT environment with the ability to quickly apply critical thinking, collaborate and build relationships between stakeholders who have diverse objectives and develop Quality Standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Ability to work in a complex work environment with competing priorities

  • Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives.

  • Over 7 years experience in an IT or Quality Environment

  • Ability to communicate with Executive level stakeholders

  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.

  • Understanding Quality across IT services

  • Experience using Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process within IT environment

  • Analyses requirements and advises on scope and options for continuous operational improvement.

  • Demonstrates creativity, innovation and ethical thinking in applying solutions for the benefit of the customer/stakeholder.

  • Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets

  • Demonstrates leadership qualities
