Randstad Technologies is working in collaboration with a large Government Client to identify a Program Delivery Office Analyst. This role requires assistance to deliver three large-scale enterprise solutions to replace a number of outdated, disparate and unsupported legacy systems. The PDO is responsible for the collection of key program status updates and program metrics from project leads, project managers and PDO team.
Key accountabilities:
- Program reporting:
- Review and monitor project health with Project Managers
- Consolidate and analyse program status updates on a weekly basis to provide a holistic program view to the senior management team
- Document and manage the program reporting lifecycle
- Escalate identified issues from program status reporting to the PDO Director
- Perform program wide analysis to enable early escalation and efficient decision making by the senior management team
- Records Management:
- Reviewing and updating the list of Program work products that need to be formally managed
- Loading of identified records or documents into the Department’s Electronic Data Record Management System
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant PDO processes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the PDO function
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in working within a structured project management framework such as PRINCE2
- Familiarity with program management approaches and phases of the program management lifecycle
- Experience in multi-level reporting across a range of projects and programs
- Qualification(s) in Project and/or Program Management discipline(s) is highly desirable
