As a result of the on-going commitment to RAA’ s digital transformation, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Graduate Integration Developer.

About the role:

RAA has developed an exciting and innovative long term digital enhancement strategy with the intent of:

1. Improving Member/Customer Digital Experiences across multiple sales channels;
2. Enhancing our ability to respond to competition;
3. Driving Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness;

This Graduate role is an opportunity to develop your skills and technical knowledge while contributing to the implementation of the digital enhancement strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Website Development and Integration:

• Develop & test artefacts as specified to a high quality in the agreed timeframe;
• Maintain documentation;
• Migrate changes and content between environments;

• Delivery of Project Tasks:

• Assist with the production of artefacts and deliverables as defined by the Lead Developer to an appropriate quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost;
• Assist in the provision of input to daily status updates and weekly status reports detailing achievements this period, planned tasks for next period, risks and issues;
• Assist in the achievement of project deadlines and schedules;
• Assist in the critical evaluation and reconciliation of information from multiple sources to ensure the developed changes meet the true need of users;
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist the Project Manager to ensure issues, risks and enterprise decisions are identified, documented, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

What you need:


• Recent Degree or equivalent in IT (including programming) is mandatory
• Knowledge and/or experience in programming in Java framework
• Knowledge and/or experience in developing integration components
