Our client is a globally known IT outsourcer who provides services to well-known organisations around the world. They are currently in the market looking for an experienced SOE Engineer to join their team on an initial 3 month contract based in their state of the art Macquarie Park offices.

In this role, you will be required to provide 3rd level support and managing various end user computing environments for the organisations clients. You will be performing, leading and reviewing implementation activities from technical designs to meet project or service delivery requirements and working as an SOR subject matter expert on assigned projects.

In order to secure this role, you will be required to have the following background and experience:

• Managed and supported end user computing environments
• SOE support, maintenance and implementation
• Strong software, hardware and environmental troubleshooting ability
• Ideally, previous experience supporting external clients, not mandatory, just worked in large enterprise environments
• Strong experience administering AD and Group policy along with enterprise deployment and management tools (SCCM)
• Strong level of scripting ability with either PowerShell, VBScript, Batch and/or TSQL
