• Required 8+ years of experience in ABAP programming with development and support of business application systems including analysis, technical design, programming, and testing.
• Strong knowledge across a broad range of SAP Modules like SRM, FI & HR from an integration point of view, along with many other systems of business processes
• Expert in EDI/IDOC & abap proxy interfaces
• Proficient in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Programming (ABAP OO) and SAP Enhancement Frameworks
• Expert in handling / processing high volume of data
• Specialist technical and functional knowledge of SAP Org structure, Concurrent employment and Org structure integration with SRM
• Technical expert in workflow approval agent determination process
• Experience in using various Performance Optimization/Query Tools like SQL Trace, Buffer Trace, SQL Monitor, Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector
• ITIL and/or SAP methodologies and tools, preferably including Solution Manager (charm) with a strong support background, including end user support, system configuration and testing.
• Experience working within a dynamic support team, committed to process excellence and a strong culture aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong project management, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience in meeting strict deadlines and service standards in high volume, high pressure work environments.
• Strong technical documentation, communication and interpersonal skills including the capacity to deal with a broad range of stakeholders in a professional manner
